How do I change the email address of a supplier's private temporary account?
To change an email address for a supplier's private temporary account, you must first edit the email address:
- Click the Supplier Enablement tab from the top of your SAP Business Network Buyer account.
- Click Manage Vendors.
- Search for the supplier by ANID, name, or other criteria.
- Click on the hyperlink of the supplier's Vendor Name.
- Edit the email address under the Vendor Account Details and Invitation Letter Routing Information sections.
- Click Save.
Once this is done, please follow the steps below to resend the invitation to the updated email address:
- Click the Supplier Enablement tab from the top of your SAP Business Network Buyer account.
- Click Active Relationships.
- Click Advanced View.
- Under Supplier Selector, select Private suppliers.
- Search for the supplier by their company name.
- To the right of the supplier, click More Actions > Send Invitation.
