• I am a buyer user and need to create another buyer user account
• I need to create accounts for other users in my company

Buyer users with appropriate permissions can create new users:

1. Sign into your account
2. Click Admin Configuration (Gear Icon) > User > New
   • If you are unable to access admin configuration, please contact your Program Office (PMO) for further assistance
3. Enter the new user information
4. Click Add
5. The user will receive two emails from SAP Fieldglass
   • The registration link
   • The registration code
6. Optionally, click Resend Invitation if you need to resend both emails to the new user

If you currently do not have access to Fieldglass, please contact your Program Office (PMO) to request for an account to be created
