Why item for approval task doesn't show in Inbox for certain users in Category Management?
- The user doesn't have a valid email information, it's required for receiving the approval ability.
- Some required additional properties are missing in BTP destination properties for email Notification.
- Attribute being passed through workflow task might not be e-mail address.
- User is missing the Workflow Administrator Role Collection which should have WorkflowAdmin and WorkflowContextAdmin Roles.
- Assign your tasks to an user with a valid e-mail as an approver, instead of users that contains a _no-reply e-mail address, considering that might exist an issue in the Cloud Identity Services (IAS) configuration for this type of user.
- If a mail destination is maintained, all its properties should be rightly maintained as per the documentation for the workflow to be triggered :Setting Up SAP BTP Destination for Email Notifications
- In Cloud Identity Services (IAS), navigate to Application Resources > Applications > Subject Name Identifier. Ensure that the 'Select a basic attribute' field is designated as 'Email
- Generate a new role collection comprising WorkflowAdmin and WorkflowContextAdmin roles, and subsequently assign this role collection to the userId in order to access Monitor Workflow tile.
