How can I contact SAP support as a buyer?


解決方案
  1. Go to SAP for Me
  2. Click Sign In
  3. Enter your credentials to log in.
  4. On the bottom left side, click Get Assistance > Get Support.
  5. If prompted, select a customer.
  6. In the Basic Information section, fill in the basic details about the issue.

By clicking Continue, you will see the Best Action section, which recommends the most appropriate support channel for your issue based on AI analysis and historical case data. Alternative channels are listed below for your selection.

  1. Click Create a case.
  2. Complete the Detailed Information section.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Attach a file (optional).
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Complete your contact information.

By clicking Continue > Submit Case, you will submit your service request to our support team.
