How do I change my company profile visibility settings? How do I hide my profile?

To update your profile visibility settings:

1. In the upper-right corner of the application, click [user initials] and select Company Profile.
2. Click Options in the upper-right part of the page and select Profile settings.
3. There are several sections that control various types of visibility settings:
   • In the Profile Visibility section, you can click the dropdown to the right of each part of your profile and select whether you would like to show or hide it.
   • In the Search Results Visibility section, you are able to choose whether your company will appear in search results when SAP Business Network Discovery users and Trading Partners search for suppliers.
   • In the Extended Profile Visibility section, you can select who is able to view your detailed profile.
   • In the Contact My Company section, you can decide whether buying organizations can send you a direct message when they perform a Trading Partner search and whether other trading partners can contact your account administrator when they register or perform an existing Trading Partner search.
4. Click Save when you are finished.

Please note that your company profile is by default visible to all buyers unless you change your profile settings.
