A user with the Category Manager role is not able to create or edit planned spend data for a purchasing category.

Only users who are assigned as the Lead Category Manager to a purchasing category can create or change spend data for the category.

To check whether a user is assigned as the Lead Category Manager to the purchasing category, proceed as follows.

1. Click on Manage Taxonomy tile.
2. Search for the category for which you want to find the Lead Category Manager.
3. To change the Lead Category Manager, click the category name to open and edit the category details.
