How do I pay my invoices via Credit Card?

1. In the upper-right corner of the application, click [user initials] > Service Subscriptions.
2. You will see some new tabs at the top of your screen (Subscriptions, Invoices, Disputes, etc.). Select Invoices.
3. Click Open to view current invoices.
4. Check the box(es) next to the invoice(s) you would like to pay.
5. Above the invoice list on the right side, click Pay Invoice(s).

A pop up window will appear, confirming the invoice(s) you selected. If you do not have a credit card on file:

1. Click Add>Add Credit Card.
2. Enter the payment information and click Save.

When a card shows on file:

1. Check the box next to the credit card you would like to use.
2. Click Pay.
3. You will see a confirmation that the payment went through. Please allow 24-48 hours for the payment to reflect on the account.

• Ensures payment is on time and applied to your account correctly.
• Still have 60 days from invoice date to review and dispute fees.
• Invoice & Activity Reports are available at any time to download and attached to credit card statement as back up.

Note: To pay your supplier fees via Credit Card, you must be the administrator for your account or have the Premium Membership and Services Management permission.
