How can I set access control for SAP Analytical Reports in SAP Ariba Sourcing documents?

Resolution

The parameter Application.Analysis.ASMDataAccessControlEnabled should be enabled.

This parameter specifies whether or not reporting data access control for SAP Ariba Sourcing, SAP Ariba Contracts, Ariba Supplier Information Management, and SAP Ariba Supplier Information and Performance Management project data is enabled in a site. The default setting is No.

If this parameter is set to No, all users can see all project data regardless of project membership. If this parameter is set to Yes, only users in the Full Reporting Access Authorized group can see all project data in reports. All other users can only see data for projects to which they have access through Sourcing UI project team membership.
