Why can’t I log in to my SAP Business Network account?
Symptom

When I attempt to log in to my SAP Business Network account, the page doesn’t load or an error is displayed.


Resolution

To ensure you can log in to SAP Business Network, we recommended that you add the following domains to your network firewall or proxy allow list:

Option #1: For customers who can allow at the overall domain level [RECOMENDED]
Option #2: For the customer who cannot allow at the overall domain level
