# 由于缓存数据问题，密码重置链接会将我转到 SAP Fieldglass 登录页面

## 症状

我收到密码重置链接，但该链接将带我进入页面登录，而不是密码重置页面

## 解决方法

1. 在收到的电子邮件中审阅到期时间
   - 如果密码重置时间未过期，请单击电子邮件中的超链接
2. 如果密码重置电子邮件已过期，请重置密码
3. 如果单击密码重置电子邮件中的链接，并再次重定向到登录页面，而不是密码重置页面，[请清除所有浏览器缓存和 cookie](https://support.fieldglass.com/Help_Center/Fieldglass/item/KB0469925)
   - 存储的浏览器数据有时会阻止显示密码重置页面。
4. 您也可以使用其他浏览器尝试重置密码超链接。
