Feature Description

This feature gives an overview of the supplier's sourcing events in the Sourcing Events panel and the contract workspaces in the Contracts panel in the Summary area in the supplier 360° profile. The new Business activity area in the supplier 360° profile lists all of the supplier's business activities in other SAP Ariba applications.

Customer Problem

Within supplier 360 there is no visibility into all the supplier-related data like sourcing and contract infromtaion associated with the supplier which makes it difficult for the supplier managers to access all the supplier-related data in a single place.

Customer Value Proposition

Supplier 360 will now have visibility into the summary of supplier related sourcing and contract projects in different status which will make it easy and convenient for the supplier manager to access the supplier related data in a single place.

Symptom

SAP Ariba temporarily made the feature SM-32192: Enhancements to Summary area in supplier 360° profile to show Sourcing and Contracts data unavailable while addressing some technical issues. For those customers, the Business Activity area of the supplier 360° profile wasn't available, and in sites where the Sourcing or Contracts panels in the Summary area of the supplier 360° profile were enabled, those panels also weren't available.

Resolution

Now, SAP Ariba has re-enabled this feature for all customers.
