Buyer sent me a contract for approval, I'm logged into my account but I don't know where to find it.

If you are logged in to the correct user to whom the buyer has directed the approval, follow the steps below:

1. Select in the upper left corner the Ariba Proposals & Questionnaires option.
2. Scroll down to the Tasks field at the bottom of the page.
3. Click Search > View Tasks.
4. Click the blue link with the task name that appears with a red asterisk.
5. Click View Task Details.
6. Complete the requested task.

Once a task is completed, it is no longer available for viewing.

If you cannot find the contract in the Ariba Proposals and Questionnaires option, you can access it by selecting the Ariba Contracts option in the upper left corner.

If you are unable to access the contracts page and view the error message that you do not have the appropriate permissions, you can find more information here: Error: "You do not have the appropriate permissions to access this page" when accessing Proposals or Contracts.
