This article will mainly respond the following questions:
The report access/management is based on the groups access. To have access to report the user should have other then Report groups, the ones related to the product itself - for example (Purchasing User, etc...) then they'll have the data access view.
The following table shows the groups required and the actions allowed by each of them:

| Create | Create reports based on the Financials fact. | |
| Manage | Add reports to the dashboard. | |
| Manage | Schedule reports to run in the background. | |
| Report Administrator | View | Run reports. |
| Create | Create/Edit reports. | |
| Manage | Schedule reports to run in the background. | |
| View | View data for themselves and their subordinates in reports. | |
| Manage | Add reports to the dashboard. | |
| Manage | Manage all background report schedules in the site. | |
| Senior Analyst | View | Run reports. |
| Create | Create/Edit reports. | |
| Manage | Schedule reports to run in the background. | |
| View | View data for themselves and their subordinates in reports. | |

| Manage | Publish reports (save them in the Public Reports folder). |
Note: If you need to add or remove groups from users, please contact your internal admin user to perform the changes. After performing the changes, wait approximately 2 hours to see the changes reflected in the Analytical Reports, as we have an internal sync task that runs automatically.
