How to clear browser cache and cookies to resolve access issues for SAP Fieldglass
- I am unable to access my account because even when I enter the correct sign in information I receive a Bug Report page
- The application does not complete any actions. Page goes blank after spinning
- Browser displays outdated cached information instead of the latest site data
- Cookies and cached files may conflict with updated application settings

- Clear browsing data
- After the browser finishes deleting your history, log out of your account and close your browser
- Reopen the browser
Browser instructions to clear your cache and cookies:
- In Google Chrome:
- Click the three dots in the upper right of the browser to open settings
- Click More tools > Clear browsing data
- Click the Basic tab
- Set Time range to All time
- Tick the checkbox for both Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
- Click Clear Data
- In Mozilla Firefox:
- Click the tri-bar or menu button
- Click Options > Privacy & Security
- Find the Cookies and Site Data section > click Clear Data
- From the popup, click Clear
- In Microsoft Edge:
- Click the Edge Menu (three dots) > Settings
- Click Cookies and site permissions
- Click See all cookies and site data under Manage and delete cookies and site data
- Click Remove all in the new dialogue box

- Open your browser
- Press and hold the Ctrl + Shift + Del keys on your keyboard
- Then, you can remove the files according to the steps for your browser
