Symptom

When trying to send an outbound document from SAP ERP to Managed Gateway for Spend&Network, the document fails in SRT_MONI with following error: SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 401 : Unauthorized").

Cause

Incorrect credentials maintained in consumer interface

Resolution

Recreate the consumer interface keeping Puser and Password details matching with Managed Gateway for Spend&Network portal > My Configuration > Authorization.
