How do I make the Taxable Total on the withholding tax exceptions editable ?

To make the field Taxable Total on the withholding tax (WHT) exceptions editable, you need to enable the following feature and parameter:

• Feature: EnableAccountingForWithholdingTaxInInvoiceAndIR
• Parameter: Application.Procure.EnableAccountingForWithholdingTaxInInvoiceAndIR

The Taxable Total amount can be edited only by users in the Tax Manager group.
