The administrator for your Ariba Network account and other users with appropriate permission can request to download your account's transaction data at any time for any period up to 90 days. If you would like to be notified by email when ZIP files are available to download, ask your administrator to set up notifications.
Customer should be able to download their transaction data anytime.-

Download current transactions
This feature allows you to download transaction data only. It doesn’t allow you to download other types of data, such as company data and user data.
Associated attachments aren’t included in downloaded transaction data.
After a download request is processed, ZIP files are available for download for 7 days.
