When will I be notified of a Critical Incident?

Resolution

You will be notified via email of any Disruptions and Degradations which may potentially impact your business. These notifications will be sent as soon as the issue is discovered by SAP Support.

Functional Degradations: Customers who wish to stay informed about ongoing functional degradations can subscribe to specific events in SAP for ME. Notifications regarding functional degradations are intended to provide transparency about issues that may impact application performance without fully disrupting functionality. As such, SAP does not send these updates to all customers, to avoid overwhelming them with non-critical notifications.
