How do i Unlink a User ID?

There is no direct button to unlink user ID. Once the Link User ID is established it cannot be undone.

The only alternative way to unlink it is to delete that user account. Once the linked account is deleted it will not be shown under Switch Account.

• If the linked user IDs is the sub-user of your Ariba account you can delete those sub-user
• If the linked user IDs is the sub-user of a different Ariba account you have to inform the admin of that account to delete the sub-user
• If the linked user IDs is the Admin of a different Ariba account then you have to inform the admin to create a sub-user and assigned that sub-user as the new admin. Once that is done the admin can delete original admin account

You can delete the user account to unlink it.
Once deleted, it will no longer appear under “Switch Account.”

What to do based on user type:

• If the linked user is a sub-user of your Ariba account:
   - You can delete the sub-user yourself.

• If the linked user is a sub-user of another Ariba account:
  - Ask the admin of that account to delete the sub-user.

• If the linked user is the admin of another Ariba account:
   - Ask that admin to:
    a) Create a new sub-user
    b) Assign the new sub-user as admin
    c) Then, delete the original admin account
