Why is the questionnaire not visible for the supplier?
The supplier sees the buyer company in the Ariba Proposals and Questionnaires page, but does not see any questionnaires on the list.
Follow the below steps to check on what's causing the issue:
- A different person from the supplier organization might have been invited. Navigate to the supplier organization and locate the respective questionnaire. Open it and check for the Recipient. If a different person is invited, re-invite the correct supplier contact.
- Sometimes your company might have created more than one supplier contact for the same person. Access the supplier organization and click Contacts. If there is more than one contact for the same person, check to see if any of these is in Public status. Probably this would be the contact to which the supplier account is connected.
Access the questionnaire and invite the Contact in Public status.
- Check the ANID (SAP Business Network ID) of the supplier organization. If it is different from the ANID of the account that the supplier is trying to use access the questionnaire, then the supplier needs to choose the Sign Up option via the invitation and create a new account in order to access the questionnaire.
- Another possibility is that the approval status of the supplier needs to be changed in the UI.
To check the Approval Status of supplier user:
- Go to Manage > Administration > Supplier and Customer Manager.
- Click Users > Search, and search for the supplier organization name.
- Check the Approval Status of the user.
- If it's not approved, you need to update it, by searching for the user in Rejected status; then select it and click the Approve button.
If still the issue is still unresolved, raise a Case to the Ariba support team for further assistance.
