Why can't I see my proposals and questionnaires?

Ad blocking extensions may prevent content on SAP Ariba pages (Ariba Proposals and Questionnaire) from loading correctly.

The supplier needs to remove the Ad-blocker. Ad blocker stops the links of questionnaires and events from appearing.

Steps to disable ad blocking extensions in most major browsers follow below,

For Google Chrome:

1. In the upper right corner select the Chrome Menu () icon
2. From the drop-down menu, click on Settings
3. On the left side of the screen click on the tab Extensions
4. This will open the extension window of Google Chrome
5. Check to see if an ad blocker is installed, such as AdBlock Plus and uBlock
6. If one is installed, disable it and load the page again

For Internet Explorer:

1. In the upper right corner select the gear icon to open Settings ( )
2. Click the Manage Add-ons option on the drop-down list
3. Click the Toolbars and Extensions link in the left navigation pane
4. Right-click the name of the ad blocking extension (uBlock, Adblock Plus, or similar) > Disable
5. Click Close

For Microsoft Edge:

1. Click Settings and more ( ) > Extensions
2. Find the ad blocking extension (uBlock, Adblock Plus, or similar) > click the settings icon ()
3. Click the toggle to the right of the the extension's name to turn it off

For Mozilla Firefox:

1. Click the menu icon ( ) and select More Tools
2. Click Extentions from the left-hand pane
3. Find AdBlock on the list of extensions
4. Toggle AdBlock from on to off
