How do I find the account administrator of one of my suppliers?

The current administrator of my supplier's account has left the company, and they are unable to locate the ANID, name, and email of the current administrator for support to transfer the admin role to a new person.

In order to find the current account administrator for a supplier organization, please follow the steps below:

1. Access your SAP Business Network buyer account.
2. Click the Supplier Enablement tab on the top of the page > Monitor.
3. Click Search for Suppliers.
4. Enter the details of the supplier such as the ANID.
5. Click Search.
6. Click on the name of the supplier organization and switch to Supplier Details.
7. You can locate administrator on Companywide Contact Information section.
