This feature allows you to create a library of requirements in the category attribute hierarchy, which can be configured so that they are added to sourcing events automatically when specific conditions are met.

Today, the category attribute hierarchy allows customers to create various content elements in a central place. In addition to that, customers can categorize this content to be added automatically to sourcing events. However, we today do not support the content object "requirement" in the category attribute hierarchy. As customers are using requirements frequently in sourcing events, we need to support this as well. Today the category attribute hierarchy forces them to use questions instead.

Ability for customers to create requirements centrally and mark them to be added automatically to sourcing events if a defined condition/rule is met.
