Reporting users are not able to see data when running a report.

The Application.Analysis.BuyerReportingVisibilityControl parameter is based on the user's ability to view procurement data in reports that is controlled by the user's association with purchasing units. Once Application.Approvable.OrganizationalVisibilityPartitioning is disabled, it affects reports as well.

1. Check if Application.Approvable.OrganizationalVisibilityPartitioning parameter is disabled in Buyer.
2. If so, disable Application.Analysis.BuyerReportingVisibilityControl parameter in Sourcing.

• When Application.Approvable.OrganizationalVisibilityPartitioning is disabled, make sure to also disable Application.Analysis.BuyerReportingVisibilityControl.
• In case Application.Approvable.OrganizationalVisibilityPartitioning parameter is enabled, users who need unrestricted access can be assigned your top level purchasing unit - All.
