How do I enable or disable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in my SAP Business Network account?

- 登入 Ariba Network 帳號
- 若您是採購商管理員，則按一下管理 > 使用者
- 若您是供應商管理員，則按一下帳號設定 > 設定 > 使用者
- 存取管理使用者身份驗證索引標籤
- 勾選方塊登入時需要多因素驗證

請注意，僅會針對所選使用者以及帳號管理員啟用「登入時需要多因素驗證」。若未自表格選擇使用者，則除了您自己的使用者外，貴組織中的使用者皆不會啟用多因素驗證。
啟用 MFA 後，您可能也想要在 Ariba Network 中審核並設定多因素驗證的設定。
當組織啟用多因素驗證時，使用者便須在手持裝置上安裝驗證應用程式，例如 iTunes (適用於 iOS 裝置) 或 Google Play (適用於 Android 裝置) 的 SAP Authenticator，以產生限時驗證碼 (也稱作限時一次性密碼)。

If you enable Require multifactor authentication for critical fields, the impacted users will be required to perform the two-step verification process while attempting to update the values of critical fields such as email addresses, phone numbers, remittance information and so on.
