How to search for suppliers based on Commodity, Region, or Department?

Answer
  1. On the dashboard, click the Supplier Management tab.
  2. Perform one of the following actions:
    1. To perform a targeted search, enter a supplier name, ID, or supplier contact name in the search bar at the top of the dashboard and press Enter or click the search icon.
    2. To filter the entire supplier search list using search filters, leave the search bar at the top of the dashboard empty and press Enter or click the search icon.
  3. The search results display a list of suppliers on the right and a set of permanent search filters to the left.
  4. (Optional) Refine the search results by performing any of the following actions to filter the list:

5. (Optional) To add one or more filters based on answers to form, questionnaire, or internal survey questions, perform the following steps:

    1. Click + Add Filters
    2. The Add Filters popup displays a list of all available question-based search filters.
    3. Check the filters you want to add and click Apply.
    4. On the search results page, enter values or check options for the question-based filters you just added.
Additional Information

The Category search filter is only available if there is at least one question of type Commodity in an external (supplier-facing) registration questionnaire, a qualification questionnaire, a preferred level questionnaire, or a modular questionnaire. The same is true of the Region filter and a question of type Region, and the Department filter and a question of type Department.
