How to create Advance Ship Notice(ASN) using the Upload/Download functionality?

You can create ASN from Upload/Download functionality by following the below steps:

Create an ASN job

1. Go to Upload/Download
2. Click Jobs tab
3. Click Create
4. Provide the choice of Name you want and Type as Ship Notice
5. Click Save

Then drop down will appear

1. Enter the Customer name
2. Choose the date type: "Need by" or "Ship by"
3. Click Save
4. The job will be Saved

Download the ASN file

1. Select the Job and click Run
2. Download the excel file
3. Fill the mandatory fields in the excel:

Ship Notice Number, Ship Notice Date, Order ID, Item Ship Notice Line Number, Item Line Number, Item quantity, Item Unit Price Currency, Item Unit Price Amount

Upload the ASN file

1. Go to Uploads tab
2. Provide the choice of Name you want and Type as Ship Notice
3. Enter the Customer name
4. Choose file and Attach the edited excel file.
5. Click Upload

The ASN file will be uploaded successfully.
