Do we have option to submit response for non editable question?

There are few cases where question will no longer be editable due to editability condition and there will be requirement to change the response of such question. Here we can suggest to remove the editability condition in current template version and to upgrade the Projects or we can also suggest them to use import questionnaire by following below steps:

1. Click on SM administration>Questionnaires
2. Select type of questionnaire where the requirement is to make the changes from the list of choices
3. Download the template of selected questionnaire
4. Now enter the source system and ERP Vendor ID of suppliers for which you want to enter the value(If you are not sure on source system and ERP ID then click on SM administration>Data import/export>suppliers>export the current data then here you can search for supplier for which you want to make the change you can find source system and ERP Id of supplier here)
5. Also enter the value for the question where you want to make the change
6. Import the file back

Once import is successful, the values will be updated. The important point here is to have the questionnaire status in open status before the import, after the import is successful the questionnaire will be closed and the respective approval task will be triggered for approval.

If the Registration status is Registered then once the responses are imported then it automatically updates the questionnaire but for other status like Invited, Pending resubmission the answers will not be visible for the buyer, they will be visible for the user filling the form. Only after the questionnaire is completed by supplier contact, the answers will be visible.
