How can I edit the notification email that goes to suppliers when we invite them to register?
I want to change the text in the notification email that goes to our suppliers when we invite them to register.
How can I do this?
To update email notification template, you can follow below steps:
- While signed into the system as a user with the necessary privileges, go to Manage > Administration > Event Manager > Messaging Templates.
- Expand Project Type: SupplierRegistrationProject.
- Select template Invitation for participants who have not used Ariba before, then click Edit.
In this screen, you can change the subject and body of the notification email which is going to get sent to the suppliers, when you invite them to Register.
- After you changed everything to your liking, click Save.
- As mentioned in the steps above, you need to be signed into the system as a user with the necessary privileges in order to be able to see the Project type in step 2.
- If you do not see it, please contact the person in your company responsible for granting privileges and ask them to put your user in group Supplier Registration Manager.
