How do I enable exporting Service Entry Sheets (SES) to an SAP ERP via SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network?

Answer

First, have your Designated Support Contact (DSC) file a Case to enable the feature toggle ExportServiceSheet, as well as the prerequisites for CIG (if you do not currently use Managed Gateway for Spend&Network for other integration events).

Then, enable the following self-service parameters in Intelligent Configuration Manager (ICM):

Application.ServiceSheet.EnableERPIntegration
Application.ServiceSheet.ServiceSheetExternalApprovalEnabled

Finally, enable exactly one of the following Managed Gateway for Spend&Network integration tasks:

Export Service Sheet Asynchronously
Export Service Sheet Response to External System Asynchronously

Additionally, disable all of the following Web Service format tasks in Integration Configuration (if any are enabled), as they will interfere with the export behavior:

Export Service Sheets to External System
Export Service Sheet Asynchronously
Export Service Sheet Response to External System Asynchronously
