Error: "Could not send the Requisition to the ERP system for budget checks due to ERP connection errors"
Symptom

User encounters below error while submitting a requisition when Real Time Budget Check (RTBC) is enabled:

Could not send the Requisition to the ERP system for budget checks due to ERP connection errors.

Cause

This is a generic error which can occur due to below reason :

Scenario 1 : Since the country details were missing in the ShipTo address, system was unable to generate the RTBC call and was throwing the error.

Scenario 2 : If the Purchase Requisition (PR) has more than 99 splits in the Split accounting, the RTBC was not getting invoked.

Scenario 3 : If the URL is not updated on the Integration Configuration , then RTBC connection will not get established.

Resolution

1) Customer needs to create new plants (ShipTo) without adding the country details. Once the country was updated in the plant, they were able to submit the requisition.

2) PR should not have split accounting with more than 99 splits.

3) The URL on the Integration Configuration should be updated to valid URL link.
