Error: There is no account registered on the Ariba Commerce Cloud associated with the email address you have entered received via email when using the I forgot my password or username option , even though my email address is registered for an account.

1. Your account is locked, due to multiple incorrect password attempts or not changing the password for a long time.
2. The Click here invitation link in the email received is already expired. The link in a registration email has a link valid for 48 hours. The invitation to participate in an event is valid for 30 days and also expires if the link is used to enrolled with the new buyer.
3. You may have received an email indicating that an account has been created for you. Please note that this is only a pre-registration initiated by the Buyer.

1. To unlock your account, please see Why is my account locked and how do I unlock it? or contact SAP Ariba Customer Support.
2. If you are using an expired link to open the login page of SAP Ariba, the system may not recognize your username and/or password. To avoid this issue, please visit service.ariba.com or proposals.seller.ariba.com, there you can request for the email for username or password, without inconvenience.
3. If this is your first time using the Ariba system, to complete the process and gain full access, you must finalize your registration by setting up a username, creating a secure password, and providing the required information.
