# Error: "Cannot find document with documentID XXXXXX and documentDate XXXX-XX-XX"

## Resolution

**Issue**

ServiceEntrySheet (SES) StatusUpdateRequest (SUR) documents fails in SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network **Transaction Tracker** with below error message:

Error: Can not find document with documentID XXXXXX and documentDate XXXX-XX-XXTXX:XX:XX+XX:XX. Please contact support with the Error Reference Number: ANERR-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

**Resolution**

Please follow below steps in your ERP to match the document date related to SES referenced in the SUR to the actual creation date of SES on SAP Business Network when doing the SES acceptance/revoke:

1. Go to transaction code ML81N.
2. Click **Other Purchase Order.**
3. Enter the SES Reference number in **Entry Sheet** field.
4. On **Accept. Data** tab, change the **Doc.** (Document Date) field to match it with the SES creation date of AN.

**Cause**

The error message is occurring because the document date related to the SES referenced in the SUR is not the correct one. The SUR document date should have the same date as SES creation date of AN (when doing the SES acceptance/revoke).

**Additional Information**

For example, the document date is referenced as 2020-05-28 in Managed Gateway for Spend&Network, however the SES on AN side was created on 2020-04-13, causing a mismatch and hence the ANERR error message.
