# How do I submit my tax exemption certificate for my SAP Business Network bill?

## Symptom

How do I submit my tax exemption certificate for my SAP Business Network bill?

## Resolution

In order to submit your tax exemption certificate, please follow the steps below:

1. 1. Log into SAP Business Network:
   2. In the upper-right corner of the application, click **\[user initials\] > Service Subscriptions**.
   3. Click **Documents** at the top of the page.
   4. Click **Select File** to upload your tax exemption certificate document.
   5. Choose your file and click **Open** in your file finder.
   6. You will see the file attached. Click **Send**.

You will see a green banner showing that your file was successfully sent.
