When I try to upload a PDF as an attachment for a document, I get the error:
Invalid file type detected through reading file content. The valid file types are: txt, xls, xlsx, doc, htm, html, pdf, xml, ppt, jpeg, jpg, bmp, gif, zip, rtf, ps, csv, docx, png, pptx, ppsx, dotx, potx, sldx, xltx
This happens no matter which browser I use.
Contact your supplier (or the party that generated the PDF) to ensure that the PDF file starts with one of the following PDF headers (without any additional characters before it):
The PDF file does not start with the required PDF header characters.
Refer to the section 3.4.1 File Header in the PDF Reference, Sixth Edition, version 1.7 for more information on the file's header structure.
