Issue

When sending QuoteMessageOrder from Sourcing to SAP Business Network to SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network, I am getting this error message in ERP:

Net price must be greater than 0

Resolution

Maintain all the cross references for QuoteMessageOrder in Managed Gateway for Spend&Network.

Cause

If COND_TYPE field is sent blank to ERP, this error will show up. The field is sent blank when cross references are missing in Managed Gateway for Spend&Network.

Make sure you confirm the project in Managed Gateway for Spend&Network after changing the CrossRefs so the same is deployed.
