- The error Condition type 00XX is not defined happens in the SRT_MONI when replicating for interface QuoteMessagePurchasingContract_Async_In_V1 if the condition types are used in the SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network Cross Reference (Discount type, for example) and the same is not maintained in the SAP ERP on SPRO transaction.
- The error VK 022 or enter Unit of Measure happens in the above scenario if the calculation type configured in SAP ERP for this specific condition type requires information not contained in the message.
- For example, if you use a Quantity calculation type make you need to ensure this condition type carries a Unit of Measure (UoM) to avoid the error.
- For some condition types, Managed Gateway does not send UoM. For example, in the case of discounts.
- The error ERROR_KSCHL_CONVERSION shows up in SRT_MONI if you have missing cross references in Managed Gateway, where <typeCode/> is being sent empty, this tag in the ContractRequest/ContractRequestServices, should never be sent empty.
- Make sure you are using all the required cross references in Managed Gateway according to your business use and the Managed Gateway Configuration guide.
- Ensure that each of your condition types configured in Managed Gateway are maintained in SAP ERP as well in transaction:
- OLMSRV > Maintain conditions for Services > Conditions: Condition types > Choose.
- Double check if each condition type is using the correct calculation type, keep in mind that if you use the calculation type Quantity, SAP ERP code will expect Managed Gateway to send a UoM in the payload, and this value will not be sent if this condition type does not have the same.
- In case the Advanced Pricing Conditions are being used, the Managed Gateway Lookup Table should be configured accordingly.
