# 如何疑難排解 Web 瀏覽器問題？

我對 Web/Internet Browser 有疑慮，我不確定如何進行疑難排解。

## 解決方案

若要清除瀏覽器的暫時網路檔案和 Cookie/快取，請完成下列指示：

1. 開啟網路瀏覽器 (請參閱下方相容瀏覽器清單)。
2. 按下 **Ctrl+Shift+Del** 。
3. 選取下列項以移除暫存檔：
   - Microsoft Edge： **時間範圍 ：所有時間** > 檢查 **Cookie 和其他網站資料**，以及**快取影像和檔案** > 按一下 \[**立即清除**\] 。
   - Google Chrome： **時間範圍 ：所有時間** > 檢查 **Cookie 和其他網站資料**，以及**快取的影像和檔案** > 按一下 \[**清除資料**\] 。
   - Mozilla Firefox：**要清除的時間範圍：一切** > 檢查 **Cookie** 和**快取** > 按一下 \[**立即清除**\]。
4. 清除資料後完全關閉瀏覽器。
5. 登入 SAP Business Network/SAP ariba 遊說 /SAP ariba 尋源帳戶。
