Where might I find the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for Major Incidents?
A Designated Support Contact (DSC) from your team will receive the Major Incident notification when the event is created.
If you have not received the notification and want to locate the RCA or subscribe to the Major Incident Event, navigate to the Systems & Provisioning tab within SAP for Me.
The RCA will be available to download in approximately 10 business days after the Major Incident is stabilized.
