How do I find the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for a Major Incident?
Symptom

I need to find the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for a Major Incident. I am unsure where to locate the RCA or how to subscribe to Major Incident event notifications.


Environment

SAP Ariba Procurement
SAP Ariba Sourcing


Resolution

Your Designated Support Contact (DSC) automatically receives the Major Incident notification when an event is created.

If you have not received the notification and need to locate the RCA or subscribe to the Major Incident event:

  1. Sign into SAP for Me.
  2. Navigate to the Systems & Provisioning tab.
  3. Locate the Major Incident event.

The RCA is available to download approximately 10 business days after the Major Incident is stabilized.
