# Error: "Invalid Document:Attribute processorType with value must have a value from the list customer supplier customerUser at line x, column x"

## Symptom

As a Buyer using the Task Processor in the **KU Coordinator** to create a Quality Notification, I encountered the following error in the SAP Integration Suite managed gateway for Spend Management and the SAP Business Network:

Invalid Document:Attribute "processorType" with value "" must have a value from the list "customer supplier customerUser ". at line x, column x. Suggested Action : Document Failed in SAP Business Network.For further assistance, please contact SAP Support with the code mentioned in Response.Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Support Error Code : CIG-PLT-00644

## Resolution

You can create a Quality Notification from SAP ERP using the Task Processor as a **KU Coordinator**. However, please note that the document will not be processed successfully in the SAP Integration Suite managed gateway for Spend Management and the SAP Business Network, as Task Processor **KU Coordinator** is currently not supported.

At present, based on the existing mapping, only processor types **VN**, **LF** and **VU** are available. Should you require any additional types or modifications, please submit an Improvement Request.
