# 錯誤：「附件過多。僅允許一個 cXML 附件」

## 解決方案

**問題**

建立含附件的 ERP 起始的服務輸入單時，我會在 Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) > Trans**action Tracker** 中針對文件類型 **ServiceEntrySheet** (**ERPServiceEntrySheetRequest**) 收到下列錯誤。

Ariba Network 回應為：「錯誤請求」和錯誤代碼：「400」和錯誤代碼回應：「錯誤：附件過多。僅允許一個 cXML 附件 請使用錯誤參考號聯絡支援：ANERR-4000000000000000XXXXXXX 獲得更多詳細資訊。建議動作：Ariba Network 中的文件失敗。如需進一步協助，請聯絡 Ariba 支援並提供回應中提及的代碼。CIG 支援錯誤代碼：CIG-PLT-00644

**ServiceEntrySheet** 交易限制為 1 個附件，且文件本身會作為附件傳送至 Ariba Network。
