# 错误：“附件过多。仅允许一个 cXML 附件”

## 解决方法

**问题**

创建含附件的 ERP 发起的服务条目表时，我在文档类型 **ServiceEntrySheet** (**ERPServiceEntrySheetRequest**) 的 Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) > **交易跟踪器**上收到以下错误。

Ariba Network 响应为：“请求错误”，错误代码："400"，错误代码响应："错误：附件过多。仅允许一个 cXML 附件 有关详细信息，请联系支持并提供错误参考号：ANERR-4000000000000000XXXXXXX。建议的操作：Ariba Network 中的文档失败。要获得更多帮助，请通过 Response.CIG 支持错误代码：CIG-PLT-00644 中提到的代码联系 Ariba 支持

Ariba Network 端的系统限制。

**原因**

**ServiceEntrySheet** 交易仅限一个附件，文档本身作为附件发送到 Ariba Network。
