I want to open Intelligent Configuration Manager(ICM) in SAP Ariba,but I do not know where to find it in the system.

Only users with the Customer Administrator group can use the Intelligent Configuration Manager.

To open the Intelligent Configuration Manager:

1. Sign in to your SAP Ariba site as an administrator.

2. Navigate to the configuration area:

   • If your site includes SAP Ariba Procurement solutions, click Manage > Core Administration.

   • If your site includes SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management solutions, click Manage > Administration.

3. Click Intelligent Configuration Manager.

4. Click Manage Configurations.

5. Click Continue.

The Intelligent Configuration Manager page opens.
