How do I contact my buyer?


Resolution

You can contact your buyer in two ways after signing in to your Business Network supplier account.

1. By instant message.

2. Using the contact information they have provided in their account. If you are the account administrator or a non-administrator user with the Customer Administration permission, you can locate your customer's contact information by following these steps:

  1. In the upper right corner, click [user initials] > Settings > Customer Relationships.
  2. Under Current Customers, click on your buyer's [company name].
  3. On the Customer Details page, your buyer's contact details are available under the Companywide Contact Information section.
