Symptom

Documents are failing to be sent to the SAP Business Network due to Error: TO org is already deleted

Cause

The supplier account is in Deleted or Expired status in the SAP Business Network.

You cannot send documents to accounts in any of these statuses.

Resolution

Deleted and expired accounts cannot be reactivated.
If the supplier wants to transact on SAP Business Network, they need to provide you a new SAP Business Network ID (ANID) to update your vendor records and send your orders to this new ANID instead.
