How do I delete a project that has status as Production in SAP Integration Suite, Managed Gateway for Spend Management and SAP Business Network?

Managed Gateway For Spend & Network Portal

The deletion activity can only be done by Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Engineering or Support Engineer team and a Case should be created on SAP for Me providing the ANID linked to the Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Portal and the project name to be deleted. The Support Engineer assigned to the Case performs the deletion.

When a Project is moved to In Production status it is not possible to revert the status back to In Testing or In Progress.

• The above procedure is not applicable for Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Project with Status > In Testing or In Progress as these projects can be deleted without any dependency.
• Be aware that the deletion of a Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Project that is in Status > In Production causes downtime to the production transactional flow.
• If the Managed Gateway for Spend&Network with active production transactional flow, the deletion activity is suggested to be performed with caution and only during your planned downtime window.
• It is also necessary to be prepared to push another Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Project to Status > In Production to avoid extended interruption to production transactional flows.
