How do I find a collaboration request?
I can't find a collaboration request that was sent to me in SAP Business Network.
Collaboration requests can be opened by clicking Opportunities > Collaboration Requests. If you don't see the request number you are looking for:
- Make sure that you have an active trading relationship with your customer.
- Contact your customer to confirm that the collaboration request has been sent through Ariba.
- Confirm that the request has been sent to the correct account. If you received an email about the request, look for an SAP Business Network ID (ANID) in the email notification. Make sure this ANID matches the ANID of the current account.
- If you can't access the Inbox or see your customer's documents, contact your account administrator to confirm you have the Collaboration Request Access and Collaboration Request Administration permissions.
