While creating service purchase requisition from SAP Ariba B&I to SAP ERP via Managed Gateway for Spend&Network, the below error is received from SAP ERP:

Maintain Services or Limits for Item XXX

Service procurement related business function is not activated and SAP Notes are not implemented in SAP ERP.

Follow SFW5: How-to activate Business Function and activate business function LOG_MM_P2PSE_1.

Review and make sure the following SAP Notes are implemented:

• BAPI_PR_CHANGE: Update termination when adding services to a PR with Limits
• BAPI_PR_CHANGE : Purchase Requisition account assignment data is not deleted correctly
• BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_CREATE: SE001 is issued when creating SES for PO with Contract Limit
• BAPI_PR_CHANGE: Fields in EBKN is cleared
• BAPI_PO_CHANGE: limit PO change of account assignment category from Unknown
• BAPI_PR_CREATE: values in accounting table EBKN is 0
• BAPI_PO_CHANGE: 06 436 issued during change using BAPI_PO_CHANGE
• BAPI_PO_CHANGE: Error ME083
• BAPI_PO_CREATE1: Dump TABLE_INVALID_INDEX when creating a service PO with basic line
• BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_CREATE: Entry Sheet displaying wrong line numbers
• BAPI_PR_GETDETAIL: The value in field EXTERNAL_ITEM_ID is not returned
