# 錯誤：「供應商名稱不可用」

## 解決方案

**問題**

透過 Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) 傳送的我的訂購單 (PO) 並未傳送傳送詳細資訊，且以下錯誤訊息失敗：

「錯誤請求」和錯誤代碼："400" 和錯誤代碼回應：錯誤：沒有供應商名稱。如需詳細資料，請聯絡支援並提供錯誤參考號：ANERR-40000000000000001277504940。建議動作：Ariba Network 中的文件失敗。如需進一步協助，請聯絡 Ariba 支援並提供回應中提及的代碼。CIG 支援錯誤代碼：CIG-PLT-00644。

**解決**

訂購單 IDOC 中的傳送詳細資訊可在 Ariba 擴展區段下使用。客戶尚未在 ERP 中實作退出，因為哪一個來源文件並未帶有 Ariba 的擴展區段。由於來源文件缺少資料，因此相同文件也無法傳送至目標，且訂購單失敗。
