I want to enable the Act As feature so that users who are not in the Customer Administrator group can act as other users. How can I enable this functionality?

The Act As feature is disabled by default in all customer realms.

To enable this feature, you must contact SAP Support.

1. Create a case requesting to have the feature toggle enabled in your realm.
2. In the case, reference the feature toggle ID PL-16983 (Enable Act As Feature).
